The SK hynix 64 GB DDR5 RDIMM is the volume workhorse for dual-socket server builds. Built on SK hynix's own advanced-node DDR5 DRAM with an on-module power management IC and registering clock driver, it delivers stable operation at speeds up to 6400 MT/s while cutting operating voltage to 1.1 V relative to DDR4 designs.
On-die ECC complements platform-level RAS features for improved data integrity in virtualization, database, and general compute workloads. As a factory-original module from the manufacturer's server line, it ships with OEM-grade qualification and is validated across major Intel Xeon Scalable and AMD EPYC platform generations.
