01 — Overview

In the Solid State Drives portfolio

The Micron 7500 is the mainstream Gen4 drive of Micron's data center line, built on 232-layer TLC NAND with capacities to 15.36 TB. Micron emphasizes six-nines latency consistency, with 99.9999th-percentile read latency under a millisecond in mixed workloads.

PRO (1 DWPD) and MAX (3 DWPD) variants cover read-intensive and mixed-use deployments across virtualization, databases, and content delivery. Power-loss protection, TCG Opal encryption, and OCP-aligned telemetry meet standard enterprise deployment requirements.
