The PM9A3 is one of the most widely deployed Gen4 data center SSDs, designed to the OCP Datacenter NVMe specification for hyperscale fleets. Sixth-generation V-NAND and Samsung's controller deliver up to 6,950 MB/s reads with dependable sustained mixed-workload behavior.

Form-factor breadth is a defining feature: U.2, E1.S in multiple thicknesses, and M.2 cover nearly every server and edge chassis standard. Power-loss protection, TCG Opal, and 1 DWPD endurance meet standard cloud deployment profiles at capacities to 15.36 TB.
